Hello! Our Saturday Academies are, once again, back! Our Saturday Academies are for students currently in Year 10 or 11 that are interested in our College of Food courses. It is an interactive 7-week course where students can either undertake a course in Cookery, Bakery or Food and Beverage Service, building upon practical skills and using our facilities to get a first-hand experience on what makes our courses great. And even better, it’s free! If our page shows that nothing is available or there is an error, it will mean the course is now fully booked. If they have missed out on this opportunity, we encourage them to come to an Open Day or an Applicant Day (if in Year 11) to see and use our facilities, or even book a meal in our Restaurant on site to see our current students run a lunch or dinner service.
