On Wednesday 9th September John Henry Newmn Catholic College welcomed over 200 students/parents through our doors. Students/parents of year 10 and 11 had the opportunity to listen to our in house experts to gain advice on how best to support themselves during this academic year. 

Our in-house experts were leading discussions on wellbeing, diet, health and fitness, various revision techniques and many more. Students were able to physically take things away with them to ensure they are fully equipped to deal with many challenges students may face during this academic year. 

I would like to thank all students and parents for attending. If you weren't able to make it not to worry there are videos and summarising the year ahead and also techniques your child may find useful in year 10 and 11.
